Enkagrid Max
Enkagrid Max
Enkagrid MAX is a high-performance and cost-effective biaxial geogrid composite used globally in civil engineering projects to reinforce granular base courses and separate different soil layers. It is designed to achieve maximum bearing capacity and shear resistance.
Functions
Enkagrid MAX is a biaxial geogrid composed of extruded polypropylene or polyester strips with the same design strength in both machine and cross-machine directions. It is engineered to achieve varying tensile strengths based on project requirements. Available in rolls of 4, 4.5, and 5 meters width, Enkagrid MAX utilizes state-of-the-art production concepts, including a patented computer-controlled laser welding process. This laser technology ensures precise control over the quality of connection points, creating continuous rigid junctions along the geogrid without affecting the polymer orientation or tensile-strain performance of the extruded strips.

Stabilization
High stiffness and low creep properties
EnkaGrid MAX is commonly used to reinforce retaining walls, as well as subbases or subsoils with optimum interaction with all granular soil types. EnkaGrid Max is a high stiffness and low creep properties maximize soil performance, limits differential settlements during consolidation, increases the bearing capacity, increase the service life EnkaGrid Max is a high performance and cost effective biaxial geogrid composite used worldwide in civil engineering projects for reinforcing granular base courses and separating different soil layers.
